International Dialing Updates
The international dialing procedures for these countries have changed. Please click on a link to view more details for that country.

- Aruba - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Azerbaijan - Effective August 1 2004, the numbering plan for the city of Baku, has changed from 6-digits to 7-digits. Please add the digit "4" after the city code "12" in front of the actual subscriber numbers.
- Bahrain - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Belarus - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Brazil - Numbering Guide.
- China - Numbering Guide.
- Congo, Republic of - Effective March 31, 2004, a new numbering plan will be in effect for the Congo (country code 242). Numbers starting with 2, 3, 4, and 5 will have a prefix of 5 (52, 53, 54, 55). Numbers starting with 6 & 7 will have prefix of 6 (66 & 67). All other numbers will remain with the same dialing digits.
There will be a permissive dialing period for 2 months. After this time, customers will receive an announcement, "Due to a numbering change in the country you have called, your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please contact your operator for assistance." - Ecuador - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Equatorial Guinea - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Gambia - Effective February 28, 2004, the ADC will expand to 10. A prefix of 4 will be added before the codes 2, 3, 4, and a prefix of 5 will be added before the codes 5, 6, 71, 72, 73, and 74. A prefix of 9 will be added before the mobile code 9, and a prefix of 7 will be added before the mobile codes 70, 75, 76, 77, 78, and 79.

- Iran - Numbering Guide.
- Israel - Numbering Plan Change for Israel Mobile. Effective April 20, 2004, an extra digit will be added to all cellular numbers (details). There will be a permissive dialing period until October 31, 2004, in which the old numbering plan will work in parallel to the new one. As of Nov 1, 2004 the old Numbering will stop working and the callers will hear an announcement.
- Mexico - Effective November 4, 2006, a customer calling from the USA to a mobile number in Mexico must dial a "1" after the Mexico country code of "52" and before the 10-digit local number. Calls to a mobile number in Mexico will include an additional per minute mobile termination charge (MTC).
- Moldova - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Nepal - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Palestinian Authority - Effective September 1, 2006, all calls made to city codes 22, 42, 82 and 92 in country code 972, and all calls to country code 970 will appear on a customer's bill as "Pales Auth".
- Paraguay - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Peru - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Philippines - Numbering Plan Changes.
- Russia - Effective December 30, 2003, code 095 for Moscow will be splitting. The new code will be 499.
