AT&T In-State Connectivity Fee

AT&T is charged by your local telephone company in Arizona to carry your AT&T in-state long distance and local toll calls over its lines. In order to help recover these costs, AT&T will begin to include in your monthly bill a $1.49 In-State Connection Fee, starting July 1, 2008. The fee applies to Customers subscribed to AT&T for residential long distance or local toll service.
