AT&T In-State Connectivity Fee

AT&T is charged by your local telephone company in Minnesota to carry your AT&T in-state long distance and local toll calls over its lines. In order to help recover these costs, AT&T includes in your monthly bill a $.98 In-State Connection Fee. The fee applies to Customers subscribed to AT&T for residential long distance or local toll service. The fee does not apply to customers of AT&T Local Service, where applicable.
