Is there a minute deduction or surcharge to use my AT&T PrePaid Phone Card?

The minute deduction or surcharge applies to calls made from U.S. pay phones. This surcharge differs based on card type and where you purchased your Card. A surcharge not to exceed 10 minutes applies to U.S. pay phone calls made with AT&T Virtual PrePaid Phone Cards purchased on this web site. A portion of this charge compensates pay phone providers. To determine the pay phone surcharge that would apply for AT&T Prepaid Phone Cards not purchased on this site, use our Rate Finder and enter your Access Number, PIN and the number you are calling.

Upon purchasing an AT&T Virtual PrePaid Phone Card, I did not receive my PIN. How do I determine the status of my order?

Why is my AT&T PrePaid Phone Card not accepted for some calls?

When you call someone and hear a message that the number dialed does not accept calls from unidentified callers, this means that the particular party does not accept "unknown" or blocked calls. This has to do with the particular phone features selected by the person you are calling. They will have to remove the call block feature from their phone in order for you to reach them using an AT&T PrePaid Phone Card.
