What is the per-minute rate of AT&T PrePaid Phone Cards?
Per minute rates may differ according to where you purchased your AT&T PrePaid Phone Card and the denomination purchased. A simple formula to get the U.S. state-to-state rate-per-minute is to divide the purchase price by the number of minutes on your Card.
For AT&T Virtual PrePaid Phone Cards purchased from this website, here are the rates per minute for state-to-state calling:
- $30 AT&T Virtual Worldwide Card is 7 cents per minute
- 1,000 minute Virtual Card for $40.00 is 4 cents per minute
- 500 minute Virtual Card for $25.00 is 5 cents per minute
- 300 minute Virtual Card for $18.00 is 6 cents per minute
- 100 minute Virtual Card for $7.00 is 7 cents per minute
How do I tell how many minutes are remaining on my AT&T PrePaid Phone Card?
There are several ways to get your Card balance. You can check your balance online with our Account Balance Tool or you can dial the toll-free Access Number on your Card and choose the option for Special Services. Then select the option for Card Balance. Lastly, you can call the Customer Service number on your Card and select Card Balance.
Are AT&T PrePaid Phone Cards rechargeable?
Most AT&T PrePaid Phone Cards are rechargeable. To check on whether your card is rechargeable, look at the back of your card or use the account balance tool and enter the toll-free Access Number and PIN of your Card and submit.
Will my calls made with my AT&T PrePaid Phone Card show up on my long distance bill?
No. When you use an AT&T PrePaid Phone Card, you are using a prepaid service. These calls will not appear on, or be billed to a residential phone bill.
