Can I use an AT&T PrePaid Phone Card to make a call to Directory Assistance or Information?

Most calls to a local directory assistance service (such as area code + 555-1212) cannot be made with your AT&T PrePaid Phone Card as calls made to local directory assistance are charged at a flat rate (currency) and AT&T PrePaid Phone Cards are valued in minutes. However, to determine if AT&T Directory Assistance is an available feature, check the menu options on your AT&T PrePaid Phone Card by calling the toll-free Access Number and listening to the prompts. There is an additional fee for using the AT&T Directory Assistance service. You will be advised of the number of minutes that will be deducted from your AT&T PrePaid Phone Card balance prior to your use of that service.
