AT&T CARES

At AT&T, philanthropy is much more than financial support -- the greatest asset we have is our people. Engaging and mobilizing that talent is the cornerstone of our social responsibility.

AT&T Cares.

Employee involvement -- which includes time, money, energy, expertise, and leadership -- is the most vibrant form of philanthropy at AT&T. With our employees and a corporate culture built on the spirit of service, we have the reach, the power and the talent to build stable and cohesive societies and make a difference in the communities where our people live and work.

For years, on teams and as individuals, AT&T employees have devoted volunteer hours participating in community projects. Whether supporting the arts, education, or civic and community service, AT&T volunteerism is at an all-time high.

AT&T Cares.

We recognize and help extend the reach of our employees' community involvement efforts through several initiatives, including AT&T CARES. AT&T of the Virgin Islands care project for 2002 was spending a day with the Senior Citizens.
